Grace Givers Home Care LLC was founded in 2017 by Kelli Grace Tipton, in Crossville Tennessee. With a background in healthcare management, Kelli’s decision to begin Grace-Givers was reached after she and her family had struggled to find quality, dependable home care service for her grandmother, who was terminally ill.
Grace Givers has quickly become the “go to” source for home care on the Cumberland Plateau, and was recognized as the Crossville-Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce as 2018 Business of the Year with a team of over 50.
In January of 2019 they opened the only State-Licensed Adult Day Center in Crossville, at their Peavine Road Location to serve those who would like to receive goal-oriented care in a group setting.
Grace Givers has also expanded their territory this year by opening a home care satellite office in Cookeville, TN.
Although there are several definitions of the word Grace, my favorite is:
“To Do Honor or Credit to Someone or Something by One’s Presence”,
which has become our full operational protocol in every aspect of the company. Grace is my middle name that was given to me from my grandmother, after her mother, and the butterflies in our logo have significance to my grandmother’s life as well. Grace also stands for our company’s core values:
To be: Genuine, Respectful, Adaptable, Considerate, and Empathetic.
We are not simply a “sitter service”.
All of our Grace Givers are thoroughly trained and competent in hands-on care (assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, etc.) as well as the basic light housekeeping, meal prep, and other household management tasks we offer. Our pre-hire screenings and processing go far beyond the basic state requirements for hiring caregivers, so that you or your loved one will receive the most reliable, trustworthy care possible.
Grace Givers Home Care is a Certified Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business. We strive to keep a happy, healthy work environment for all of our team members, with competitive wages. This helps us to recruit, and hold onto the best of the best.
When you or your loved one has reached the point that in-home assistance is required, you should never have to be concerned about the capability of those hired to provide that care. Our G.R.A.C.E. training is completed initially at hire, and is a combination of interactive and hands-on learning designed by a Registered Nurse.
