Grace Givers Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who understand that quality care requires more than kindness. • Are not comfortable receiving coaching or corrective feedback

Our standards are intentional. Clients depend on us to provide safe, consistent, and professional care, and every caregiver plays an important part in fulfilling that responsibility.

What Caregivers Do:

Grace Givers provides personalized, non-medical assistance wherever our clients call home. Responsibilities vary according to each client’s care plan and may include:

• Companionship and meaningful engagement
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other routines
• Mobility and safety support
• Meal preparation
• Laundry, dishes, changing linens, and light housekeeping
• Transportation and client-related errands
• Medication reminders within the permitted scope of care
• Respite support for family caregivers
• Observation and communication of changes or concerns
• Accurate shift documentation

Caregivers must follow the assigned care plan and should never perform unapproved tasks, bring other people into a client’s home, disclose confidential information, or make independent changes to a client’s care.

Scheduling and Availability:

We offer a variety of schedules based on client needs. Shifts are typically between 4 and 12 hours, with some overnight or extended-care opportunities.

Available arrangements may include:

• Full-time schedules
• Part-time schedules
• Weekends-only schedules
• Day or evening assignments
• Overnight assignments
• Longer shifts
• Multiple client visits during the same day

Some caregivers work one longer shift, while others may serve more than one client during the day. Applicants provide their regular availability during the application process. We use that information to determine whether their schedule aligns with our current openings. Once availability is provided and assignments are accepted, caregivers are expected to honor those commitments consistently.

All caregivers must be available to work at least one preplanned weekend per month. Weekend assignments are scheduled in advance. Caregivers who prefer weekends-only work may indicate that availability in their application.

Training and Preparation:

Great caregiving requires preparation. Grace Givers provides structured training and support so caregivers understand their responsibilities and our standards.

Training and support may include:

• New-hire orientation
• Written and hands-on caregiver education and testing
• Training on documentation, privacy, safety, and communication
• Individualized preparation for client assignments
• Ongoing professional development
• Coaching from care managers and office leadership
• Additional instruction as client needs change

Completing training is not simply a hiring formality. Caregivers are expected to apply what they learn, ask questions when they are uncertain, and remain open to continued coaching.
